Marie Antoinette's farm is an agrarian wonderland. At the time that I took these photos, I was very much taken by the idea of building my own remote farm house. The pastoral ideal is perfectly captured here, I couldn't help but swoon at all the produce grown and animals kept as I wandered the grounds. I was so spellbound that I stole a tomato! I plucked it from the vine and put it in my purse much to the dismay of my companion. I took it back to Paris, contemplated it for a few days, took its picture and then ate it. It was delicious.
